New League to open in Melbourne late 2007.
Leagues Interest is being scoped for a new Blood Bowl League of at least 20 teams to begin in late 2007.

The New Melbourne Blood Bowl League (N.M.B.B.L.) is looking for new members to join a multi division league starting in late 2007. Registration of interest is open until the 31st of July. The league will meet every 2-3 weeks (group concensus) in a location as central as possible, close to public transport. The League will run for 11 sessions, being 1 initial session for registration, 9 sessions of gaming, and 1 session of post season. Post season will involve an awards night, and free agent auction/trade night. The league is to be run by a non playing commissioner to ensure impartiality, and fairness. There will be a membership fee,to cover the cost of venue, trophies etc, but this will be a non profit organisation. If 20 teams can be achieved, the seasonal fee is likely to be between $65-$75 per team, and will be required on registration night, to ensure the venue can be paid for and other expenses. If we can achieve a higher number of teams then the fee will be less. The league will start with at least 2 divisions, with a promotion /relegation system in place. First in to register will get first choice of division. There will be a "Premier League" and lower divisions. All rules will come from the Living Handbook version 5. If you would like to express interest please mail our commissioner, Don at- donaldcane@aapt.net.au
Thanks for your time, Don.

BADGA League Annual for 2506 Released
Leagues

One thing we strive to do here at Ausbowl is support the local leagues and the BB Community in Australia. With GW pulling local supply, it's up to the local supporters of the game to gather together and keep it strong. With that in mind, anything local leagues and BB players need we try to provide here and this one is a great example.

BADGA is a local league based in Bendigo, Victoria and overnight they've released their League Annual which covers their BB table top season. With colourful commentary and photos, this makes a bloody great read over a warm cuppa on these cold winter nights!

Snag your copy here on Ausbowl and give the lads a little feedback and support.

Bringing together the Aus BB community is the prime aim of this site and we encourage local leagues and BB players to use it! If you have feedback or would like to see a feature on the site to support your league, all you have to do is drop us a line (PM myself or Carnivean) and we'll look into it for you. Ausbowl is here to support you!!!

Cheers to timbo for posting up the info, I've had a read through the Annual and it's a cracker. Great stuff and I'd love to see a lot more of this kind of thing from other leagues around Australia as well.
