One eye. Hahahahahahha tell me lies and let me pick at random. I love it. Well I'm up for work and agree with the carona crusaders. Can I also suggest red and white with cloth and banners with full plate mail as armour. As much as it's worth I offer up my services to go on the said noble quest. By memory we only need two for the first one to pass yeah.

so 2 people will be proposed to go on the mission by the leader. Then the 5 of you will vote to confirm this party is suitable. If the mission goes ahead those 2 people secretly tell me whether the mission is a success or a failure

Further proof of Olaf’s clear guilt and evildoerness (totally a real word) is his silence. Normally by now we would have had 73 pages of informative documents, charts and historical data posted before 9am in support of his claims of innocence. I vote to change this game to Werewolf and hang him now!! 🤣

Yeah ok. I'm in. I'm still working while also trying to do remote learning with the kids from next week, so no idea how much input I'll be able to put in though.
Sounds like traitor talk to me... ;) ;D
What did I say hey? :P

Mr OneEye Sir, you can safely pick this honest person, that being me, to assist you in your noble quest :)

As an alternate suggestion to everyone's clamouring for participation, may I suggest you pick Squire Foad? He's been earmarked to resolve our next gallant journey and it would be good to keep a roster of people who have worked together and can trust each other as well? Once you have worked together then he will be more inclined to select you for the next, thus building a alliance of the good and just! :)

Some dastardly fiend may choose to approve the first mission to hide themselves, but at least then we shall have the horses! :) ... or be closer to outing the vile conspirators!

So let's put this into a visual identification for me.

Whitetailscramblers / claimed good.
oneeye / claimed good selecting team.
foad / nil comment, next to pick teams.
olaf_the_stout / nil comment.
D_arquebus / claimed good.

So we need two people selected for this round then three for the next four rounds.

D.arquebus. You have a valid point about the bad guy playing possum in the first round. However, playing devils advocate if foad is a bad guy that gives him potentially two fail missions in a row. Making a good guy comeback very difficult. Thoughts?

No, because they are both suspect if either fails it in this round.

Which means we shoot down Foads selection and give Olaf a shot at picking instead, or we doubt OneEye... If the first mission fails, then we don't let Foad have any input into the 2nd, do you see?

No, we all get a vote to override the team in secret I believe.

That way once we ferret out the bad'uns we can avoid the auto failing quests :)

Yes but isn't 5 failed quests a auto bad guy win.

5x failed votes is an auto bad guy win.

Or 3x failed quests.

So we need to work out who is not to be trusted and vote down any teams that include them in it :)

See I read Hutchie’s post as seriously suss! Imagine for a second that he is a bad guy, He is trying the old “you can trust me but if you don’t, that Foad guy looks trustworthy instead” And he even gave a subtle hint about how to play the first round as well which screams bad guy to me. I wonder if Hutchie is rusty at these games or if he is playing us to suspect Foad, especially when he silent and happily jumped onto my Olaf bashing (which has to happen because Rabids not in the game 🤣😘).

The bigger issue is you Whitetail because every game I have played with you, you have a quiet innocent approach to every game and it’s hard to tell much from any of your posts 👶

Olaf? Foad? We need input from you both.

Well that's because I am a good guy trying to establish the wolf..... assassin. I am however a visual person and like to have it drawn... written in front of me. I also like making lists. Lol.

Ohhhh. I also like playing devils advocate and flipping someone's masterful plans upside down. 🤔

So you like being the good guy and the bad guy, helping plans and ruining plans...

That’s helpful information 😳🤣

Suggesting to the bad guys they should give us a first round win to the good team is bad how exactly? :P . 1/3 of the way to victory right there.

Also I gave an explicit suggestion as to how to play the first round, to the good guys... were you suggesting I was not therefore talking to you sir? :P

Also, my bashing Olaf is pre yours.. check what I was quoting good sir ;) :P

TL:DR Foad is next up. So makes sense to throw him in to test him and you together. Throw in a complete random in the "random" round and you lose the info provided by whom Foad chooses to pick after a successful mission. After a failed one, we get extra info based on whom he chooses to select instead. No? :)

See? Clearly guilty! Using logic and proof is the tools of the deceitful.

Just spinning our wheels here though with 2 out of 5 players not posting...

Sorry guys. Busy day. It's my second day working from home, so trying to show the bosses that this will work and we're not all sitting back taking it easy.

What happens if the pair picked gets voted down? Does the same person pick again and we vote again? Do we move on to the next person in the order to pick? Something else?

Obviously the first round doesn't give us too much to go on either way as it's all a bit of a crapshoot.

Ok, so I think we should at least wait for Foad to show up and make some sort of comment before going to the next stage.
